Position Summary:
Reporting to the Supervisor, Administration, the Invoicing Administrator manages and tracks work orders, safety sheets and invoices for projects. This role coordinates payment of invoices for sub-contractors and verifies for accuracy and administers revenue contracts and ensures billing is completed as per guidelines.

What will you be doing?
- Process all work orders and organize in database to ensure complete invoicing.
- Compile and complete all paperwork (task orders, safety work sheets, annual equipment compliance, purchase orders, work orders) for invoicing.
- Process invoicing for all work orders into applicable customers’ data base.
- Process POs from customers. Ensure pricing on invoices are correct according to contract.
- Manage hotel bookings for all field Service Technicians.
- Responsible to perform other administrative duties when requested.
Are you qualified?
- Office Administration diploma or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years Accounts Receivable and invoicing experience.
- Proficient with Q&A database, Microsoft Office Suite, SAP.
- Experience in the electrical mechanical industry would be an asset.
- Previous experience with contract administration.
- Proficient people and communication skills.
