Position Summary:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Product Strategy & Merchandising, the Promotions Strategy Coordinator will provide support to the Product Strategy team members with the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies & campaigns in partnership with UFA’s Marketing team. To track, report and communicate the teams progress throughout the year on execution of strategies, meeting vendor partnership agreements and delivering on the financial goals and objectives for the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for all marketing-related activities initiated by the Product Strategy team.
  • Maintain and manage marketing calendars, project plans, and documentation.
  • Manage and optimize flyer detail and layout processes, ensuring all product placements, pricing, and creative align with marketing and product strategy goals.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure flyer accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Create, track, and manage detailed production schedules for all promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
  • Create, organize, and maintain files and documentation related to promotional and marketing activities.
  • Ensure all deadlines and key milestones are met by proactively following up with stakeholders and adjusting timelines when necessary.
  • Act as the liaison between the Product Strategy team and the Marketing department.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between teams to ensure timely execution of marketing programs and promotional campaigns.
  • Track and record all promotional activities, performance metrics, and timelines.
  • Support the continuous improvement of marketing operations processes related to product strategy and promotional execution.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes and brand standards.

Qualifications required for the position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, promotions planning, or related administrative/project support roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong knowledge of other Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments.
  • Livestock & Agricultural product knowledge an asset
  • Analytical and resolution-oriented mindset
