Who do I contact if my online profile is locked? 
Send an email to careers@ufa.com and one of our Talent Acquisition team members will assist you. 

How do I reset my password to access my online profile? 
Click on the “Forgot your password?” and you will be prompted to create a new password  

Why do I need to create a online profile and submit my resume to apply at UFA and BarW? 
When you create a profile your information stays on file, so that you won’t have to resubmit it if you apply for another position, it also allows us to issue an offer of employment direct from our system. 

How will I know you have received my application? 
If you have created an online profile with us, you’ll receive a confirmation email when you apply to a position. 

How will you contact me? 
We will either call or email you using the phone number or email address provided on your resume and profile. Please ensure your information is current. Please note that only candidates who are advancing in the recruitment process will be contacted.
