  • Support the full payroll lifecycle including pre‑payroll validation, simulation, production payroll, posting to Finance, and year‑end processes.
  • Serve as the Tier‑3 functional escalation point for HR, Payroll, and Time‑related incidents; troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Maintain configuration documentation, design documents, and traceability matrices.
  • Participate in or lead testing cycles (unit, regression, user acceptance) to validate HCM configuration, interfaces, and custom developments.
  • Conduct fit‑gap analysis against the existing HCM configuration baseline and recommend process enhancements.
  • Support integration of SAP HCM with other modules and systems such as FI/CO, Time & Attendance systems, and external HR platforms (e.g., Kronos, ADP, Greenlight, Silkroad).
  • Liaise with technical teams for interface changes, data migration, ABAP enhancements, and reporting requirements.
  • Assist with configuration and support of EC foundation objects, business rules, workflows, and organizational data alignment with SAP HCM.
  • Validate the accuracy of master data replication between EC and SAP HCM Payroll.
  • Support Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams with Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (2.0) configurations, templates, and workflow updates.
  • Monitor data flow from Recruiting → Onboarding → EC → SAP HCM to ensure clean, timely hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure consistent and reliable data flows between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM (e.g., via CPI, SFTP, IDocs, BIB).
  • Troubleshoot data synchronization issues and support release updates.
  • Engage HR, Payroll, and Talent teams to capture business requirements and translate them into functional specifications compliant with enterprise architecture.
  • Propose system enhancements, process improvements, and configuration changes aligned with HR strategies and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional analysts to manage impacts across HR, Payroll, Finance, Security, and IT.
  • Lead or support HRIS projects involving SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, upgrades, and HR transformations.
  • Support S/4HANA readiness activities for HCM-related workstreams.
  • Contribute to solution design, testing, data migration, and deployment activities across HR systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including configuration guides, functional specifications, and SOPs.
  • Provide training, knowledge transfer, and release impact reviews to HR, Payroll, and Talent teams.
  • Support user acceptance testing and assist in preparing test scripts and training materials.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in HR, IT, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in SAP HCM, including Payroll, PA/OM, and Time Management.
