Job Summary:
The Sales Campaign & Incentive Advisor will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration with stakeholders across the organization to effectively manage and execute cross-selling campaigns and incentive programs within the Sales Department. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement Processes, this role will work closely with Sales Managers, and cross-functional teams to oversee all stages of the UFA Sales Incentive Program, from data validation to program administration, ensuring strategic alignment with UFA’s goals and driving optimal sales performance.
This role emphasizes partnership and communication, working with sales, operations, business analytics, and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will excel at relationship-building, leading discussions, and supporting sales strategies and incentive programs.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and strategic execution of product marketing and cross‑selling campaigns.
- Review, validate, and qualify internal CRM and ERP data to support accurate incentive calculations.
- Contribute to the design and execution of customer‑centric campaign strategies, driving strong alignment with sales priorities and cross‑selling objectives.
- Monitor and maintain sales system connections and data integrity in partnership with the CRM Business Solutions Coordinator.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Sales Managers across departments to ensure accurate sales tracking, qualifying activities, and campaign alignment.
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate the viability, performance, and future potential of product marketing and cross‑sell campaigns.
- Present incentive program results to stakeholders, highlighting program effectiveness and recommending best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales Analysts, Functional Analysts, and Business Process Leads to enhance system and reporting functionality.
- Support customer account segmentation to improve the targeting and execution of product marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and enrich UFA systems with customer, competitor, and market intelligence.
- Develop and refine reporting tools and dashboards that enhance the visibility, accuracy, and impact of incentive programs.
- Document and manage customer, sales representative, and incentive structure data with precision and consistency.
- Partner with the Business Intelligence team to develop and test datasets tied to sales performance and market insights.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, Sales Enablement Processes.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business (Accounting or Finance concentration preferred)
- 5+ years of related experience in sales operations, incentives, analytics, or a similar function.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to customer‑centric campaign strategies with a focus on cross‑selling and sales growth.
- Demonstrated passion for stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights and influence decision‑making.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience in a collaborative, team‑based environment is considered a strong asset.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills, with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
