We are building business architecture capability in a complex, evolving environment — this is not a fully defined function with established playbooks.
This role is for someone who wants to:
- Shape how the organization thinks about end-to-end processes, capabilities, and value creation, not just document them
- Work across silos to connect strategy to execution, often without formal authority
- Challenge deeply embedded ways of working and influence senior leaders to think differently
- Operate in ambiguity, where priorities, structure, and governance are still being defined
- Balance big-picture thinking with practical application, ensuring architecture translates into real decisions
- Build frameworks, standards, and governance while simultaneously delivering value
