Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. Manager, Enterprise Solutions to lead our enterprise applications functional teams supporting SAP and Microsoft Dynamics platforms. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Applications this role will oversee SAP Functional Analysts, D365 Finance & Operations Functional Analysts, D365 CRM (Customer Engagement) Functional Analysts, and Release Management, ensuring enterprise systems effectively support business operations and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise application expertise with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills. You will play a key role in driving functional excellence, ensuring effective solution delivery, and aligning enterprise platforms with evolving business needs while maintaining governance, quality, and operational stability.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of SAP Functional Analysts, D365 Finance & Operations Functional Analysts, D365 CRM (Customer Engagement) Functional Analysts, and Release Management specialists.
  • Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and innovative team culture.
  • Provide career development, performance management, coaching, and functional guidance.
  • Build strong relationships between IT and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational needs.

Enterprise Application Functional Leadership

  • Oversee functional ownership of enterprise platforms including SAP, D365 Finance & Operations, and D365 CRM (Customer Engagement).
  • Ensure systems effectively support business processes across finance, supply chain, customer engagement, and other core operational areas.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable enterprise solutions.
  • Drive best practices in functional configuration, solution design, and system optimization.

Release & Change Management

  • Oversee enterprise release management processes for SAP and D365 platforms.
  • Ensure structured planning, testing, deployment, and communication of system changes and enhancements.
  • Coordinate releases across multiple teams to minimize operational risk and disruption.
  • Establish governance and standards for change control, testing, and deployment.

Project Delivery & Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead or contribute to enterprise initiatives such as system enhancements, digital transformation programs, and platform modernization.
  • Collaborate with architecture, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with enterprise strategy.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to delivery, adoption, and system value.

Governance & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to IT governance, change management, and security protocols.
  • Support internal and external audit activities through proper documentation and system controls.
  • Establish standards for functional documentation, testing, and solution lifecycle management.
  • Promote continuous improvement in processes, system usage, and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience working with enterprise applications such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing functional analysts or enterprise application teams.
  • Strong understanding of ERP and CRM business processes, including finance, supply chain, and customer engagement.
  • Experience with SAP functional modules and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and/or CRM / Customer Engagement).
  • Demonstrated experience managing release management and enterprise application delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in IT governance, change management, and enterprise system lifecycle management.
  • Relevant certifications in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, ITIL, or project management are considered an asset.
