Job Summary:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Payroll & HRIS, the SuccessFactors HRIS Specialist will support the Human Resources team and other internal business partners by managing the on-going maintenance, and operational and technical support of all aspects of the Success Factors Employee Central and Recruiting and Onboarding HRIS system. In addition, they will participate in design and discovery of new solutions and take a critical role driving the implementation, user acceptance testing, deployment and technical documentation of key SuccessFactors projects that leverage the platform or related third-party vendor applications.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver long-term improvement projects to ensure compatibility with the company’s evolving business applications landscape and needs.
  • Serve as the SuccessFactors HR system expert and primary point-of-contact for day-to-day support of business processes, integrations, reporting, and dashboards to ensure consistent, high-quality business operations.
  • Partner and collaborate with our HR team and other internal stakeholders to help them define solutions using SuccessFactors.
  • Drive technical requirements, implement, test, and deploy additional SuccessFactors modules as needed to support changes to business processes, or integrations as needed.
  • Support and testing for scheduled SuccessFactors system updates or upgrades.
  • Responsible for system imports related to annual position management requirements, maintenance of relationships and workflow and approvals.
  • Identify system gaps and deficiencies, and if applicable, suggest best practices or process improvements to help fill those gaps.
  • Experience working with DevOps and ServiceNow software to manage gathering, documenting and communicating business requirements to IT partners.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors integrations to SAP ECC modules including mapping, integration failure resolution and troubleshooting of integration errors.
  • Strong configuration knowledge of SuccessFactors, in particular Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, Performance Management and Time Capture modules.
  • Effective SuccesFactors Reporting experience including Advanced Reports, Canvas and table reports.
  • Understand SuccesFactors role-based permission to effectively manage and maintain security and roles in both Employee Central and Recruiting & Onboarding modules.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to set clear expectations with stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
  • Experience prioritizing work and navigating ambiguity while collaborating on projects that may involve multiple teams within HR and external to HR.
  • Experience with management consulting or other roles directly supporting internal or external clients such as Project Management teams, IT technical teams and OCM change management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of HRIS experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of SuccessFactors experience.
  • Experience working with confidential information and critical business operations and processes.
  • High attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements or objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with aggressive timelines and delivery dates.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in a HR Systems or Technology-related field).
  • SuccessFactors training or related certifications.
