Job Summary:
Reporting to the Team Lead, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support to the recruitment process across the organization. The incumbent assists with sourcing, scheduling, and candidate communications, and helps coordinate talent attraction initiatives and events. This role supports the Talent Acquisition team in profiling UFA as an employer of choice and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and resume database; ensure timely processing of applications.
- Support career fairs and recruitment events by coordinating logistics and materials.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external job postings based on approved hiring requests.
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies and vendors as directed.
- Conduct initial resume screening and coordinate pre-screen interviews when required.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain the Posting Tracking Sheet.
- Respond to general HR inquiries and redirect as appropriate.
- Support special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition and employer branding.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP Success Factors or ATS platforms is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
