Job Summary:
The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for executing the safe, accurate, and timely movement of product within the Distribution Centre, supporting receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities.
This role performs assigned tasks in accordance with established work instructions, safety standards, and operational priorities, contributing to efficient warehouse flow and reliable execution.
We are seeking to fill this position.
- Night Shift: Sunday to Wednesday from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am
Responsibilities:
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas to support efficient operations.
- Perform assigned warehouse tasks, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities.
- Safely operate material handling equipment in accordance with procedures and safety standards.
- Report safety concerns, operational issues, or errors to support continuous improvement.
- Execute work accurately and efficiently to support service levels and inventory accuracy.
- Follow direction from Supervisors and adhere to standard work instructions.

Qualifications:
Education / Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or labour experience preferred but not required
Operational Capability
- Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks safely and accurately
- Strong work ethic and reliability in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety, quality, and standard work
Technical Skills
- Basic familiarity with warehouse equipment and processes (training provided)
- Ability to learn WMS/RF system operations
Other Requirements
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (or willingness to be trained)
- Ability to work in warehouse and yard conditions, including outdoor environments

- Accuracy of work performed (picking, receiving, shipping)
- Productivity against expected output levels
- Adherence to safety standards and safe operation of equipment
- Consistent execution of assigned tasks in line with standard work
- Reliability (attendance, consistency, and completion of assigned work)
